. RIVERVIEW LODGE is a family-run bed and breakfast nestled on the south bank of the Orange River as it meanders through South Africa's semi-desert Karoo region. The tranquil setting, warm hospitality and mouth-watering restaurant cuisine make Riverview Lodge the guest house of choice in the Prieska area. In early 2013 Riverview Lodge passed from Annie and Dana du Doit - after many successful years - to the Marais family. We're continuing right where Annie and Dana left off. Our aim is to create a relaxing and welcoming retreat where every guest, whether one of our many regulars or those visiting for the first time, feels at ease.
