These Cape Town cycling tours range from 50km-150km and are aimed at road cyclists who are comfortable sharing roads with traffic and can ride between 20-35kph. We stick to roads that have a good shoulder wherever possible and our guides will make use of their local weather knowledge to avoid headwinds as much as possible!
