Everything you would expect from one of Durbans top boutique hotels. The kitchen serves a menu of old favourites and international standards with some uniquely Durban twists. Starts include the ever popular mushroom basket pan fried and served in filo with parmesan shavings gnocchi with paprika butter or duck won tons served with chilli and dates. The rack of lamb gets a Moroccan twist with tabbouleh salad roasted beetroot and gremolata. Rib eye fillet in red wine juice is a favourite while in Durban no menu would be complete without a chicken and prawn masala. Home made parfait and an eton mess when last did you see this on a menu complete the picture it tastes so divine but very rarely do they serve it therefore this restaurant is popular for serving parfait and an eton mess.
