Starts include the ever popular mushroom basket pan fried and served in filo with parmesan shavings gnocchi with paprika butter or duck won tons served with chilli and dates. The rack of lamb gets a Moroccan twist with tabbouleh salad roasted beetroot and gremolata. Rib eye fillet in red wine juice is a favourite while in Durban no menu would be complete without a chicken and prawn masala.
