During a recent strategic planning exercise we spent a lot of time discussing our Founders vision, revisiting our purpose, discussing our unique positioning and redefining our role within the Midlands community.<br/> <br/>As you are probably aware were the new kids in terms of high schools in the KZN Midlands and are unique in that we are the only day scholar, co-educational, private school in the area, and were growing rapidly both in terms of pupil numbers and the facilities we have available.<br/> <br/>Were proud of our youthful heritage and what has been achieved to date. Many of our past pupils are making a global impact in their respective fields and have benefitted from an educational experience that has encouraged lateral thinking, supported diversity and developed pupils particular talents without them being confined by outdated traditions.<br/> <br/>We are strategically planning our future growth and role in the Midlands community within the following moral compass.<br/>
