Western Cape APD is a group of people, both volunteers and staff, who work together with persons with disabilities towards becoming as independent as possible and integrate into society on an equal basis with others. Social services look at all areas of the persons life, while drawing on related services for child care, education, employment, skills development, occupational therapy, assistive devices, awareness raising, accessibility and training. Our services are free of charge and open to anyone who needs help.
